I can logon on my computer  1. e-mail.. I cannot get in on my phone 2.nd e-mail

  Hi Barbara, you need to login to both devices with same e-mail and password. If you use different e-mail our system sees you as different account.

  Which e-mail did you try to login with when you get error? First or second?
  (I edited your e-mail because it is never good idea to share your e-mail publicly).
  
  I think it will be better if we continue this through private ticket which I will make now, so you please reply to ticket, not here.
