how do you un-pause a photo?

I posted a pic and two days later it is paused and I can't' seem to get the vote tab to work to go any further

  Hello Robin, I'm sorry you are having problems, and I'm sorry for the delay in reply. Can you please let me know what happens when you try to
  un-pause your image? Do you get any error messages? Can you please let me know where are you trying to un-pause your image, on the "My Images" (Recent) display, or on imagedetail page?
  Can you please provide link to image so I can check?
