Problems uploading images

I am experiencing problems uploading images.

Whilst completing detail boxes regular messages pops up ‘Unable to save. Please refresh page’ I press OK and still the message pops up on the next image I am trying to submit.

Eventually press submit button, message appears that I have successfully published the images and credits deducted but they do not appear under My Images tab and are still under the Submit page. Tried twice with same result.

Can this be sorted out?
