Blocking didn´t help

I have blocked a person but he can still submit images to my contests. How is that possible?

  Hi Johan, I'm sorry for the delay in reply, I didn't have net connection.
  Can you please send me direct ticket and let me know who did you block that can post images to your contest?

  I`ve blocket that Samuel Zalandyi-guy. He is out on breaf big time in every contest I start.

  Hi Johan, if you blocked user prior to his submission to your contest then that user can not open contest page that you are moderating. But, I will ask our tech to check.
