Blocking another member

How does one go about blocking another member?  I can see how to UN-block someone but not how to actually block them in the 1st place.  I have done so in the past but do not remember how.   Thank you.

  Hello Lena, you can block another user if you hover over any comment that user made and you can see these links:

  Reply   Like   Report   Follow user   Block user

  To block that user just click on "Block user".

  Please let me know if this doesn't help.
