Quality of Canvas Print Ordered

Hi,

In re: Order ID: 5048059882242048

I need input on a canvas print of a Bluebird I ordered a few weeks ago arrived timely but it is so dark it is unusable. Not even close to what it looked like when ordering and or my upload currently on my Pix site.  I know everyone's screen is slightly different but can someone take a look at it and let me know if it can be re-done?  Thank  you

  Please post an update about how this was resolved. I am thinking of placing a very large order, but want to ensure customer (Alycia) was satisfied.
