Sorry for the seemingly silly question, how do I obtain a property release for a pic with people in it?

  Hello Jennie,

  for people you would need to get Model release.

  You can find the form here - https://www.pixoto.com/become-a-stock-contributor then print it and get your model to sign it. Scan it and upload with your image (when you uploaded your image, but before publishing you need to select that there is at least 1 person on photo and then you will be able to upload Model release).
