I was just wondering what the points allocatrd means and can I do something with it?

  Hello Yvonne,

  points are gained with awards (except awards for contests and in Uncategorized category).

  You can't do anything with them, but points do determine user's position on contributr leaderboard: https://www.pixoto.com/players-all/all/leading/in-week-33-2021
