What is going on with the delay in contests closing?
CompletedI now realize that Pixoto has been upgrading and adding X to have access to their website/app. The fact that members like me were never notified and little information about this change was provided in an email was very confusing to me and I felt left in the dark about all of this situation. I thought my device was causing the problem and got very frustrated with it, only to finally find little hints when I attempted to go on the Pixoto site only to see something about them hooking up with X. Now what do us long time contributors do about the glitches in their contests that were going on during that time? I am disappointed about the lack of notifications before this “update” was going to happen. What now?

Hi Liz, there were some issues after the big migration of data. We are working on fixing it all. All contests that need to move to pre-voting stage so moderators can validate them for voting will be moved soon.

Thank you for your response, Jasenka. I was able to validate my contest and it is now in voting status. I am glad the site is open again and we can continue to enjoy it!

There is still a delay in validating contests to go on to voting. I realize there are technical updates to the Pixoto website. I was just wondering how many days will the validating be set back and if more entries will be allowed during this delay. Thank you.

Hi Liz,
There was an issue with validating contests, but it was fixed with the last update that was released today (about an hour ago).
Contests owners should now be able to validate their contests.
