Impossible to comment Pixoto on AppStore

There’s only one comment about Pixoto on AppStore and it is eight years old. I’ve tried to comment but it is impossible. Has Pixoto somehow made it impossible, and if that’s the case why?

  Hi Johan, I have checked and on Pixoto App we didn't ban comments on AppStore on our end. Please contact AppStore support.
  Please pass along any feedback directly to us, we will take it into consideration. 
  We will be releasing a new version within the next month.
