Reporting wrong categories

I have seen many photos where the subcategory is incorrect, such as category animals and subcategory birds when it is actually an insect.  A message is shown as category correct even when the subcategory is incorrect.

  Hi Barbara, subcategories are for organizational purposes only. Since all images in one category compete each other for awards, regardless of subcategories, it is irrelevant in which subcategory image is, as long it is in correct category.
