Steps to report a moderator not following his own rules.Answered
I don't know where the contest suddenly disappeared to, but the moderator who ran the “Flower with insect (no butterflies)” as well as the “things-that-accidentally-look-like-human-faces”, has had repeated complaints about his decisions on which images he dq'd. He ended up disqualifying ALL of my images in both contests as well as some other people who had entered. He kept changing the rules and told us it was just a game and to get over it when it came to his decisions even though they clearly went against his written rules and the photo he had for his banner! For the first contest he dq'd one of mine because the size of the ant was “too small” despite there not being any rule about size. I entered 8 images, all of which were dq'd and of course no return of the 15 points per image for his outlandish, beyond the rules decisions. He also dq'd ALL of my images from the second one like “Smiling at the Office” which is an image in my collection. https://www.pixoto.com/images-photography/artistic-objects/other-objects/smiling-at-the-office-5926476259393536 Something needs to be done to make sure such disrespectful and inconsistent moderators cannot be moderators, as well as we should have our points be returned for these two contests! There must be some method of accountability on the part of the moderator when they screw up, especially with so many complaints about his actions! BTW, I was only blocked AFTER I questioned his actions. He should not be able to block me or anyone else once we have submitted our images. The remaining three a in the first contest and ALL of mine in the second were dq'd because he blocked me mid-contest, NOT because my images did not qualify. "We are sorry to inform you that the image below has been disqualified from the challenge: Things that accidentally look like human faces.
The reason given by the moderator was: She is blocked" the emails I got today!

This kind of behavior by a moderator is unfair and in his case, unjust because he only dq'd or blocked women contributors!
