    Hi Terry, I'm glad I could help. Just to clarify, it was your e-mail that got hacked, not your Pixoto account (so users are not alarmed thinking that your Pixoto account got hacked).

    Hi Terry, in ticket you stated "someone is using my regular e-mail". So I assumed you e-mail was hacked. In any case, your Pixoto account was never hacked.
