    Hello Jerry,

    downloading your own images is Pro subscription feature. After you become Pro you can download your images as a backup.

    I'm a pro member. I don't know how to download when I try I get a message that says I'm not entitled to look at this page. 

    Help me out here. Downloading is one of the primary reasons why I decided to get this pro subscription. Please make sure that I have it

    Are you using "Download Backup" button on imagedetail page?

    Unfortunately, the “Download backup” button desapeared since a couple of year, and now it's impossible to download our own picture… it's very frustating.
    Perhaps something exist, elsewhere to do the same job, but I did'nt found it.

    Hi Gerard, “Download backup” button never disappeared. It is still on imagedetail page, right of the image alongside with other “Owner Controls” button (Edit, Resubmit, Download Backup, Upload HD and Delete).
    If you can't see Owner Controls buttons that means you opened imagedetail overlay (not imagedetail page - if that is the case just hit refresh /usually F5 button on keyboard/).

    That’s right, there is a download backup-button but it doesn’t download anyhting. But hey, maybe I’m too unpatient? I gave up after ten minutes because nothing happend…

    Hi Johan, that is strange, I just now tried and it work immediatelly. Images are stored usually in “Download” folder on your computer, if you haven't set up differently. Please try searching on your computer where your last downloads have been stored, image(s) should be there.

    Ok, I tryed do download to my iPad. Maybe it only works with a computor?

    I'm not familiar with iPad but it should work also. Does it have specific foulder that stores stuff you download (I have one on my Android mobile, took me a while to find it)?
