Another Pixoto contest blunder

Once again another unfair contest they can't follow their own rules the rule clearly states images must be entered into a landscape category. But yet there are winning images that do not conform to this rule. The contest is ice scapes in case anybody's interested. I would be more than happy to moderate the contests for them because it seems the staff keeps dropping the ball and cannot fill the duties of a moderator of their own contests.
